In regard to the two-vehicle fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred on May 6 on Damon Road, Town of Cazenovia, the deceased operator of the motorcycle has been identified as Timothy J. Petitte, 27 years of age, of Lafayette Road, Jamesville NY.  The investigation is continuing.
